NIÑO DE ELCHE is an atypical singer-songwriter, a multidisciplinary artist who combines cant and flamenco toque with performance, poetry, free improvisation, minimalism, singer-song writing, rock, cant in movement and electronics. He has just released his new solo project, Voces del extremo, produced by Daniel Alonso (Pony Bravo) in collaboration with Raúl Pérez and Darío del Moral. The album includes texts by contemporary poets like Antonio Orihuela or Inma Luna, framed in the poetry of consciousness. Voces del extremo is an album of songs performed with techniques that in some cases come from flamenco, and in others approach genres like kraut rock, background music or the new wave of the late seventies and early eighties.
