MIQUEL SERRA

The name MIQUEL SERRA belongs to a group reformed from members of the Mallorca group Oliva Trencada. The new band responds to the demands created by their third album, La felicitat dels animals (Foehn Records, 2014), an album of songs and dense textures, and to the repertoire of previous albums. Their roots are found among the avantpop of seventies groups like Talking Heads or Holger Czucay and the echo of current pop bands like Animal Collective and Atlas Sound.
