Following with humility in the steps of teachers like Paco de Lucia or Camarón, and of bands as emblematic as Triana, Lole y Manuel or Pata Negra, D'CALLAOS rework flamenco in a peculiar way with the freshness and spontaneity their youth gives them. They mix guitars with touches of psychedelic seventies, together with the pretty vocal melodies of "Canija" with taste, and all well protected by percussion full of colours. D'CALLAOS are coming to Vic to present their third studio record (the fourth if the soundtrack of El Cafe de las niñas is counted). Like the previous ones, the band’s new record can be freely downloaded from their web site.
