SUÎTE MOMO

SUÎTE MOMO is a group emerging from independent pop-rock in Vilanova i la Geltrú. At the end of 2008 the group’s first record was produced —recorded by the prestigious producer from Barcelona Charly Chicago— and they are presenting it live at present. Last year they received different recognitions, the most important the D.O. Catalunya (1st Prize of Músiques Modernes de Catalunya), that has opened the doors for them to play this year in the Festival de Guitarra de Barcelona, Let’s Festival, X Fira de Música al Carrer de Vila-seca, Fun Festival and 21st Mercat de la Música Viva de Vic, among others. “Originality, musical maturity and stage presence” are some of the descriptions this formation from the Garraf have received, on the part of the jury of the D.O. Catalunya competition.
