PUPIL·LES was formed in 2014 in Valencia. Their first work, Bruixes de dol (Delroll, 2014), opened the doors of the Valencian Community to them. Their second, Les Silenciades (self-published, 2017) recorded and produced in the studio led by producer Mark Dasousa, consolidated the group as one of the most interesting on the new Catalan music scene. Their trademark is a well-worked and well-finished base with festive and vindictive lyrics with mainly feminist messages standing out. The group has progressed from rap to pop, so the latest album, Tot i res (Halley Supernova, 2022) brings us more danceable rhythms.
