Brazilian music in its deep essence, putting together tradition and contemporaneity, ethinic elements and jazz, distilled in rereadings of Egberto Gismonti, Pixinguinha, Guinga, Paulo Bellinati and original compositions by Luiz Lima, northern brazilian guitarist based in Italy since the early 1990's. Rigorous approach but definitily not academic, well elaborated arrangements and improvisation play a central role in the group's musical proposal.
