OFF MERCATCarla Jou - known as JOST JOU - is an artist from Girona who composes, sings and works on the audio-visual part of her project. She herself explains: ‘What best defines me is authenticity, because I always create from my truth, being honest, full of strength and feeling’. In her first album, M F Q M - Més Forta Que Mai (self-published, 2024), she tells the story of everything she has lived through in the last few years through pop music fused with electronic, disco, drum'n'bass and urban music, together with pieces full of personal messages, always based on resilience and strength.
